At embedded world 2026 in Nuremberg, filancore presented innovative solutions around PKI-free digital identities for people, organisations, and things at booth 5-282. The exhibtion focus is on how trusted data, secure identities, and decentralized trust concepts can safeguard not only digital identities for people and organizations, but also modern embedded and IoT systems throughout their entire lifecycle.
Race car E_HAWK as live exhibit
A special highlight at the booth was the Blue Flash Mobility Concept‘s race car as a live exhibit, showcasing their smart, IoT-enabled developed Battery Management System (BMS), made IoT-ready using filancore technology. The pilot project demonstrates how battery, condition, and usage data can be captured in a tamper-proof manner and uniquely attributed. These trusted data form a key foundation for digital battery and product passports in the context of the EU Battery Regulation.
All PKI-free
The technological foundation is provided by PKI-free, decentralized digital identities, through which filancore eliminates the need for complex certificate infrastructures while increasing scalability, security, and digital sovereignty. This approach is also particularly suited for embedded and IoT applications where traditional PKI concepts reach their limits.
